Swiggies is operated by HydroSport USA, LLC, Plano, Texas.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and prices accurately. Retail prices are shown on the product pages and may change over time. Bulk and custom orders are quoted individually; pricing is confirmed in your quote.

Orders and payment

Retail orders are placed and paid through our online store, powered by Shopify. We collect sales tax where required (currently Texas). We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or where a product is unavailable.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Retail shipping is a flat $5.95, and free on orders over $30. Orders typically ship within two business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Returns

Retail purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Custom and bulk orders are made to order and are not returnable. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.

Intellectual property

Swiggies is the original wrist water bottle and is protected by trade dress and trademark rights. The Swiggies name, logo, product design, and site content belong to HydroSport USA, LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HydroSport USA, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
