We want you to love your Swiggies. If you don’t, here’s how returns work.
Retail purchases: 30-day money-back
If you bought Swiggies for yourself and you’re not satisfied, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email INFO@SWIGGIES.COM with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we refund the product price to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom-branded and bulk orders are produced to order specifically for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded once production has started. Before we produce anything custom, you approve a proof, so you always see exactly what you’re getting first.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email INFO@SWIGGIES.COM within 30 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
